金博娛樂城 welcomes graduates, their families, and friends to the Klamath Falls campus on June 14 and to the Portland-Metro campus on June 15 to celebrate the Class of 2025. Congressman Cliff Bentz, the U.S. Representative of District 2, will deliver the keynote address in Klamath Falls. Congresswoman Andrea Salinas, the U.S. Representative of District 6, will deliver the keynote address in Wilsonville.

Bentz is a third-generation Oregonian, raised on his family鈥檚 cattle ranches in Harney County. After graduating from Regis High School near Salem, he earned a degree from Eastern Oregon State College and a juris doctorate from Lewis and Clark Law School. He joined the Yturri, O鈥橩ief, Rose and Burnham law firm in Ontario, Oregon, becoming a partner after four years. His law practice focused on ranch reorganizations and water law.
Bentz served as a member and chair of the Oregon Water Resources Commission, director and chair of the Ontario 8C school board, vice-chair of Project Dove, and on boards for St. Peter Catholic School, Eastern Oregon University Foundation, and the Oregon Historical Society. He also participated in the Blessed Sacrament Parish folk mass group for over two decades.
In 2008, Bentz was appointed to the Oregon House of Representatives District 60 seat and won five two-year terms. He served on Revenue, Transportation, Energy and Environment, Legislative Counsel, and Joint Tax Credits committees, and chaired several work groups. Later, he was appointed to the Oregon Senate District 30 seat. In 2020, Bentz was elected to represent Oregon鈥檚 Second Congressional District.

Salinas is the daughter of a Mexican immigrant, a first-generation American. A first-generation college student, Salinas pursued public service after graduation, working as a U.S. congressional aide and policy advisor to Senator Harry Reid and Congressman Pete Stark. She later served as a district aide for Congresswoman Darlene Hooley, where she built ties to the Willamette Valley.
Afterward, Salinas became an advocate for labor unions, environmental groups, and reproductive rights organizations in Oregon. In 2017, she was appointed to the Oregon House of Representatives, serving until 2022. There, she held roles as House Majority Whip and Chair of the House Health Care Committee.
In Congress, Salinas serves on the House Agriculture and House Science, Space, and Technology Committees. She is also Co-Chair of the bipartisan Mental Health Caucus, working to expand access to mental health care and addiction treatment.
